Beyond the pearl of Kyrgyzstan, tours to Kyrgyzstan

Duration: 6 days

Day 1: Bishkek
You will be met by your guide in the airport. Upon your arrival to the capital of Kyrgyzstan, you will be taken on a city tour. The main significant historical places are located next to each other, thus during the day you will see such places as the central square and the victory square, national arts museum, oak park, and etc. In the end of your tour, you will have a chance to take a walk through the local bazaar. It contains various products. Just like in the old times. In the end of the day you will be brought to the hotel.

Day 2: Bishkek - Alamedin gorge - Bishkek
The following day you will travel to the Alamedin gorge. There you will hike towards the waterfall. During the hike you will see various cattle and yurts - locals may live in those dwellings all year round. Upon your arrival to the waterfal, there will be a small picnic. In the ending you will return back to Bishkek.

Day 3: Bishkek - Konorchek - Chon Kemin 
The next day your tour will continue towards the Konorchek canyons. The canyons are very pretty, two hour hike will lead you towards the point from which you may take the pictures of the whole panoramic view of the canyons. If you will not be tired, you may take another hour in order to walk around and enjoy the view. In the end of the day you will be brought to Chon Kemin in order to spend the night there in a guesthouse.

Day 4: Chon Kemin - Issyk Kul lake northern shore
This morning you will travel farther to the Issik Kul lake. The due to its sizes, the lake is the second biggest alpine lake in the world. There are many legends about the lake. However, prior to the lake, there will be a stop by the collection of stones with petroglyphs. They date back to 800BC and show images of hunt and of the animals. From there you may also take several shots of the wonderful panoramic view of the lake. In the end of the day you will be brought to the hotel by the lake.

Day 5:  Issyk Kul - Grigorievskoye - Semenovskoye - Karakol
The following day will take you farther along the northern shore of the Pearl of Kyrgyzstan and into the Grigorievskoe gorge. This gorge is in fact linked with the nearby Semenovskoe gorge, thus you will be going in through one and going out through the other one. The gorges are both very beautiful, full of yurts and other tourist attractions. Once done with the gorges, you will continue towards the Karakol city. There is a beautiful Dungan mosque which was built without using a single metal nail and a Russian Orthodox church made out of wood. Today you will see both of them, in the end of the day you will be brought to the hotel.

Day 6: Karakol - Kegen
The next day you will be transferred to the Kazakh border.
