Duration: 3 days

Day 1: Almaty
After arriving in Almaty, you will be met by a guide at the airport and begin your travelling. He will give you a tour of the city. The tour starts with a visit to the Green Bazaar. After that, you will walk to the Zenkov Cathedral. This Cathedral is a cultural monument of the Russian Orthodox Church and was built of wood. After a walk around the city, you will be taken to a place called Medeo. This is a high-altitude ice rink built in Soviet times. It is located at the foot of a mountain range near the ski resort of Shymbulak. Here you can enjoy fresh mountain air. After that, you will visit Kok-Tobe Park, one of the favorite places of Kazakhstanis. It is located on a hill and offers views of the city. From there, we will go down the cable car to the city. At the end of the tour in Almaty, you will be taken to the hotel.

Day 2: Almaty - Kolsai Lakes
Today you will visit the pearl of the Northern Tien Shan lake Kolsai. The lakes are surrounded by a coniferous forest of Tien-Shan spruce. This is a cascade of 3 lakes and it is included in many tours in Kazakhstan. You will take a walk from the first to the second lake. The largest lake is accessible to all visitors. It is the most beautiful and far from civilization. Horse riding is available here. The small lake is higher than the others. It is located on the border of spruce forest and Alpine meadows and is rich in flora and fauna. The elevation difference between the three lakes is about 700 meters. The lowest lake can be reached by car. To get to the second and third lakes, you need to walk. Here you can enjoy a picnic, fishing, walking in the fresh air. In the evening, return to the village of Saty. You stay for a night at the guest house.

Day 3: Kolsai Lakes - Kaindy Lake
Today you will travel to Kaindy lake. This lake is located at an altitude of 2000 meters and was formed as a result of an earthquake in 1911. The landslide blocked the valley and formed a natural dam.Through the clear cold water, you can see the trunks of coniferous trees. this landscape gives the place a mystical image. Here you will take a walk and stop for a picnic. You will have free time to explore the surrounding area. Horse riding can be arranged for those who wish (extra charge). Most tours include this lake. You spend the night here in guest houses.

Day 4: Kolsai Lakes - Charyn Canyon - Almaty
Today you will have a day trip to 12 million years old Charyn Canyons. It is one of Kazakhstan's finest nature spots. The canyon surprises with its vertical cliffs, reminding the ancient castles, created by wind, sun and rain. After 3 hour driving across the endless plains, the canyon comes as a surprise. As soon as you see Charyn you will forget about this long way - so much you will be impressed with the beauty and splendor of it. We will walk through the maze of the Castles Valley with its inaccessible walls. Night is in the hotel.

Day 5: Flight
Transfer to the airport.
