Kyrgyzstan biking: Tour 7

That is why during your tour you could visit so many wonderful gorges. We tried to combine the visiting of the most famous places in Kyrgyzstan with your bike tour. This adventure will give you an opportunity to make the acquaintance of the genuine nomads and to see how they live. 

Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek
In Manas International Airport your guide will pick you up and accompany you to Bishkek. Transfer for the Airport to Bishkek City takes half an hour. On arrival in Bishkek you will start the day with a breakfast. You will have a rest after accommodation in the hotel*** that is located in the tranquil part of the city. Today an excursion to Natural Park Ala-Archa will be organized for you. The Ala - Archa Park is situated 45 km south Bishkek, on the Kyrgyz Ridge (a spur of Tien - Shan), in the Ala-Arch Gorge. In order to observe this famous gorge you will go on the top of the mountain. Transfer to Bishkek. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Overnight is in the hotel***. 

Day 2: Bishkek - Tash Rabat (Stone Castle) Caravanserai
Breakfast is in the hotel. Transfer from Bishkek City to the Great Silk Way Tash Rabat Caravanserai. Its construction refers to the 14th century A. D. Tash Rabat is situated at the altitude of 3200 m. above sea level, in the very heart of Tian Shan Mountains. This building has no analogue in the world. It was constructed out of stones and beside that it was partly built inside the mountain. Totally there are 31 rooms, which are joined with mazes. There are also dungeons for medieval culprits. The walls width of is about one meter. This night you will spend nearby the Tash - Rabat Caravanserai in yurts. Yurts are nomadic habitations that are made out of wood without using a single nail and felt.

Day 3: Ride (86 km) Tash Rabat - Moldo Village
In the morning after packing your backpacks you will ride from Tash Rabat to Moldo village. This is moderate difficulty ride along the Naryn Valley. Asphalt road. This way was used by ancient traders at the time of Great Silk Road. Thousand of traders were passing there with their goods from China on camels and horses. It is a nice chance to feel that you ride along the same way! Overnight stay is in the tent camp (1670m. above sea level).  

Day 4: Moldo village - Kyzyl Korgon canyon
Breakfast. After having our breakfast we cycle in direction of the sanctified stones with ancient (dating back to 800 B.C.) inscriptions on them. After visiting this site we will leave Son Kul Lake and cycle to the valley of Djumgal through the pass of Kara Keche (3381m. a. s. l.). Upon arrival we will have a walk in the red canyons. Overnight stay is in the tent camp.  

Day 5: Ride Kyzyl Korgon - Kyrk-Kyz pass 3223m
This day we pass near the Village of Kyzyl Oi (red canyon). On the way to the village you will see famous red canyons that are completely different from other mountains in Kyrgyz Republic. This place always impresses travelers and they want to come back there one more time. Today we will see also the rocks different colors, summer pastures, panoramic views. Kyzyl Oi is a small poor village in the mountains. There you will have time to see the countryside life of Kyrgyz people and to walk. Overnight is in the tent camp.  

Day 6: Ride Kyrk-Kyz pass - Ter Jailak pass 2446m - Toluk village (50km)
Our today's rout will be difficult enough. En route we will meet the Kyrgyz herdsmen on the summer pastures (jailoo in Kyrgyz). They come to this place even nowadays and you can see their way of life. The Kyrgyz nomads always glad to communicate with foreign guests and they are very hospitable. You could see their felt abodes and ask them about their life. It will be also possible to try national drink - kumis. Kumis is made of mare's milk that is fermented and it has really unusual taste. Overnight stay is in tents. 

Day 7: Ride and transfer to Toktogul Village
After breakfast we will ride, and our driver will drive behind us. The road has a plenty of incredible views and you will never forget them. When you are there it is become clear that the best architecture in the world is Mother Nature! Lunch and transfer to the village where we can take a shower or drive to the artificial lake. Spare time. Overnight stay is in the home stay.   

Day 8: Transfer to Bishkek city
We will drive in the morning to Bishkek. Through the views of the untouched nature you will be carried away by the amazing sceneries. Upon arrival in Bishkek city you will have free time to go for shopping and to walk. At 8 o'clock in the evening you will have a dinner in a restaurant. This night you will spend in the hotel***. 

Day 9: Bishkek
This morning we will visit famous Osh Bazaar, where you will walk and bargain for different goods. After visiting Osh bazaar you will have a city tour. This sightseeing tour comprises the visiting of Ala-Too Central Square, the Museum of the Kyrgyz History, Oak Park (Duboviy Park), the Kyrgyz Museum of Fine Arts, Victory Square (Pobeda Square), National Concert Hall and many other interesting places and monuments. At 7 o'clock in the evening a farewell dinner will be served. Overnight stay is in the hotel***.  

Day 10: Transfer to the airport
At the time arranged before according to your flight details your guide will collect you from your hotel and accompany you to the International Airport of Manas.
